The AWS-RDIA and AWS-RDFA are the standard rundown fixtures included with all AWS torque testers up to and including 1000 Lbf In capacity. The rundown fixture consists of a threaded body, Belleville Washers, and a socket head bolt. Rundown fixtures are essential for testing power tools with continuous rotation.
Features
- All AWS rundown fixtures are designed with external square drives to "fit" into internal square of transducer.
- Sizes available include 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", and 1" square drives.
- The design facilitates users' configuring Belleville Washers to change joint rates from soft to hard.
- Socket head cap screws and/or bolts use standard threads, making it easy to acquire replacement parts as they wear out.

All square drives conform to relevant ASTM and SAE specifications for fit and function.
All rundown fixtures' threaded components conform to relevant ANSI, ASME and ASTM specifications.
Belleville Washers inner and outer diameter are finish machined in our machine shop to ensure fit and alignment within AWS designed threaded body.
