Torque Display

The AWS-7000 Series Torque Display is a versatile readout series designed to provide an economical way to measure (or in the AWS-7000CT version, automatically tighten, measure, control, and record,) fastening data for critical fasteners.

At the heart of the AWS-7000 lies the same precision electronics, and cutting-edge software as our production and metrology grade torque testers. Some of the advanced design features include:
  • A 24-bit AD converter with no analog circuitry to drift.
  • All filter settings rated to Nyquist frequency. This all be eliminates roll-off error.
  • Independent CW and CCW calibration with multipoint linearization.
  • Optional control output lines can be used for controlling a motor, air solenoid, alarms, etc.
